I practice a form of counseling called TEAM CBT, a clinically proven way to conduct therapy. It incorporates powerful methods, empathy and motivational strategies, along with ways to measure if therapy is actually working. TEAM CBT was developed by Dr. David Burns, author of the bestselling book, Feeling Good.

I also weave other modalities (like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Internal Family Systems) into a way of healing that’s tailored for each client.
